Everyone who knows me well knows I am at my best when I am cooking and singing in the kitchen. Just like my mama used to di it.

This will be a creative and inspiring way to approach healthy cooking. I love Mediterranean, Asian and American cuisines. They're part of me. So many friends have implored me to do this, so follow along as I bring flavor ... y mucho sabor!
