It sounds simple. We do it all day -- breathe. Yet, adequate breathing is so important in all aspects of your life: physical, spiritual, mental. Most of us are disembodied from our physical bodies. Trauma, the everyday battles of the world, alienate us from the one aspect we cannot remember to forget -- our body.

I offer all my years of experience as a singer and wellness enthusiast to bring you back into your body.
